Rear Admiral Dave Wulf, USMS (Ret.), brings to CrossStar more than three decades of highly-collaborative leadership advancing infrastructure protection, regulatory operations, and academic and training institutions across the federal government and worldwide. His career has been defined by successfully forging trust and partnerships across industry sectors, government agencies, and in the halls and hearing rooms of Congress—as he successfully strengthened institutions and programs that advanced national and economic security.
Through CrossStar Strategies, he now advises organizations navigating similarly complex policy, regulatory, and operational environments.
