Dave Wulf established CrossStar after more than 30 years in federal leadership roles spanning infrastructure protection, regulatory operations, public safety, and institutional modernization. Across roles at DHS, Treasury, ATF, and the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy, Dave strengthened chemical facility security nationwide, built partnerships across infrastructure and regulated industries, drove the development of national incident response frameworks, modernized institutions central to America’s maritime and economic security, and led government programs and operations focused on the alcohol-beverage, explosives, firearms, and other highly regulated industries.
